What countries do you ship to?

We currently only ship to Australia.

Do you accept returns?

All sales are final unless of course there is a fault with the disc or the order arrives damaged. If you have an issue with your order please send us a message here

What kind of Blu-Ray player should I get?

We specialise mainly in import products so a REGION/ZONE FREE Blu Ray player is essential before purchasing ANY movie from us. We do not accept returns if your player is not compatible.

You guys don't have a movie I want. How do I request one?

To request a title that we don't currently list, simply fill out our Request a Title form, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

ZONES, REGIONS AND WHAT HAVE YOU…

And now for everyone’s favourite part of this hobby: Region locking! (See chart below for all the fun)

US labels such as Criterion are locked to Zone A (or Region 1 for DVD) while UK labels like Arrow are locked to Zone B (DVD Region 2). In the case of Blu-Ray, Australia follows suit with the UK so we are also Zone B, a win for us. We are, however, Region 4 when it comes to DVD so that’s a tad more complicated (DVDs are old and smelly anyway).

The 4K format removed the region coding practice altogether, another win! (Yay!)

Got all that? Never mind just make sure you have a region free player.
